Protesters in Ciudad Juarez show support for Venezuela
EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- The Bridge of The Americas temporarily closed due to protesters standing in solidarity with Venezuela.
The peaceful protest called for Venezuela President Nicolas Madruo to honor the results of the election.
Political Expert Dr.Richard Pineda says "based on the CBP data, we know that there are a number of Venezuelans who are in El Paso and also had made it to Juarez and have been able to cross for their attempt to seek asylum."
