Last day of tax-free weekend in Texas
El PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- Sunday, August 11, will be the last day for you to take advantage of Texas' tax-free weekend.
According to the Texas Comptroller, items that qualify under tax-free weekend include most clothing, footwear, school supplies, and backpacks.
Items that don't qualify include jewelry, handbags, and computers.
Texas' tax-free weekend ends at midnight.
