Lecroy T. Rhaynes Sr.: Military Monday honoree for December 4, 2023
EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- ABC-7 is saluting the men and women of our armed forces and our veterans, with Military Monday.
Today we recognize retired U.S. Army First Sergeant Lecroy T. Rhaynes Sr.
Rhaynes also went on to serve the El Paso community by working for the El Paso County Sheriff's Office.
