Tony Gutierrez, multimedia journalist / photographer

Tony Gutierrez is a multimedia journalist and photographer who joined ABC-7 on January of 2023. Born and raised in the Borderland, Tony developed a love for film and television that led him to pursue a career in the arts.

Having graduated from Americas High School, Tony would go on to attend UTEP, where he obtained his bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, in Digital Media Production. The knowledge and his experience acquired during his time as a videographer for UTEP’s Institutional Advancement allowed him to create content in video and photography for various organizations in the Borderland. 

Tony is excited to bring his talents to the ABC-7 team as he begins this new chapter in his life.
